Hotel Prince Albert Opéra

I’ve been coming here once or twice a year ever since 2008, and it has always been my number-one choice. Its location is absolutely superb — just steps away from the Gallery Lafayette and a two-minute walk to the metro station. That convenience has always been the hotel’s greatest asset, drawing me back time and again. Of course, there were aspects that gave me pause: the building felt outdated, it hadn’t been renovated in ages, and the floors were uneven. These details were unsettling, yet the fantastic location always outweighed them. After a long break, I finally returned — and was delighted to see the hotel has undergone a beautiful renovation. Everything is thoughtfully designed and executed with impressive quality. The whole atmosphere is so much more comfortable now: the bed is wonderful, and the blanket and pillows are simply perfect. I’m truly impressed by all the improvements. From the bottom of my heart, congratulations on this fantastic transformation!

Great location, very clean , friendly staff

The room is good. Even though it is a small size room but everything is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfy as well, only the pillow is a bit too soft for me. The shower runs well. I love the strong water pressure! Location wise is great as well, metro is just like 5mins away and the hotel is literally behind Galeries Lafayette. Definitely no issue on food/ shopping!

I arrived in Paris very early, at eight in the morning, but when I got to the front desk, the front desk enthusiastically helped me store my luggage. And because I had flown for more than ten hours, my face looked very bad, and the staff let me use their bathroom to wash up, and I felt so good. Then at two in the afternoon, when I was hanging out outside, a heavy rain soaked me. I returned to the hotel and asked if I could check in. They checked the room for me and said it was no problem. I quickly took a hot shower. Thanks again to all the staff.

Everything was perfect! Starting from the staff, facilities, cleaning, more than perfect! The location is next to Galleries Lafayette, bakeries, everything you need! The lady from the desk(Ilkra- sorry if I didn’t write it right her name) helped us to order a cab in the morning, almost lost our flight because was a strike! With her help, everything was ok in the end! Highly recommend the hotel!
